HR Business Partner & Training Coordinator

ROLE

 HR Business Partner will overall coordinate the operational HR for the departments allocated and will coordinate the KERO processes for Training & Development, Communication, Employee’s Satisfaction.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

- Offer support in the all HR processes for all the employees in the departments allocated (e.g. request holidays, unclear for the payroll flyer, support for career development, training needs, etc.

- Implement HR procedures and processes in the departments allocated

- Overall responsible for the implementation of HR processes for KERO:

       - Training & Development

       - Communication

       - Employee Satisfaction

- Overall update the HR systems involved in the processes of responsibility

- Overall coordinate the Training team (mainly tehcnical trainers) and training responsibles in the organisation

IDEAL CANDIDATE

- University studies and training in a domain relevant to Human Resources
- + 3 years of experience in Support role (PR / Human resources field), ideally with and exposure to manufacturing/ start-up/ procedure design
- Both results and process oriented
- Ability in thinking and ethics to easy slide between company and employees point of view
- Maturity and diplomacy in tackling of a problem
- Fairness and high ethics in approach and own behavior
- Independence with a ‘hand-on” initiative
-  Business partner” and “Can do” attitude
