ROLE.
HR Business Partner will overall coordinate the operational HR for Production department and will coordinate the KERO processes for Payroll and Legal.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Offer support in the all HR processes for all the employees in the Production (e.g. request holidays, unclear for the payroll flyer, support for career development, special recruitment needs, etc.
- Implement all HR procedures and processes in Production Department
- Overall responsible for the implementation of HR processes for KERO:
- Payroll, compensations and benefits
- Administration
- Legal area (e.g. Collective employment contract)
- Overall update the HR systems involved in the processes of responsibility (e.g. Zuchetti, Workday, etc.)
- Overall coordinate the Recruiter roles (for Direct productive position) and other HR resources involved in HR processes of the organisation.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
- University studies and training in a domain relevant to Human Resources
- + 3 years of experience of work, ideally with and exposure to manufacturing production
- + 3 years of experience processing payroll activities
- Exposure and knowledge of legal aspects of HR area
- Both results and process oriented
- Ability in thinking and ethics to easy slide between company and employees point of view
- Maturity and diplomacy in tackling of a problem
- Fairness and high ethics in approach and own behavior
- Independence with a ‘hand-on” initiative
- Business partner” and “Can do” attitude
