Main areas of responsibility:
The Recruiter main responsibility will be to follow the full recruitment life cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer and onboarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
The Recruiter position will be the owner of end to end recruitment process for Direct Productive employees in Production, Quality and Warehouse area.
Responsibilities

Manager recruitment process, as agreed with HR manager:
- Internal recruitment
- External support (E.g. recruitment agencies)
- Periodically update hiring managers and HR Business Partners regarding the status of recruitment process
- Prepare job specifications, write job advertisements and decide how and where jobs will be advertised
- Manage internal communications for Recruitment process (Emails, Facebook, newsletters etc.)
- Contact potential candidates and managing candidate pipeline
- Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews

Prepare and all the steps of the hiring process:
- offers/contracts for the selected candidates
- scheduling the medical appointments for the selected candidates
- signing hiring documents before 1st day with the selected candidate
- provide timely and quality recruitment and selection reports
- drive recruitment process improvements
Candidate profile
- University Degree (Psychology, Sociology would be a plus);
- + 1 year Recruiter/ HR assistant role
- Knowledge and/ or exposure in legal HR aspects
- Exceptional communication skills oral, written, and interpersonal
- Ability to build honest and strong relationships and positively influence work environment
- Strong problem solving ability
- English proffiency
- Excellent computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
