Inventory Analyst

KERO team

Main areas of responsibility:

A. Responsible for the accuracy of all KERO owned inventory
- create, administrate, analyze and report all cycle counts and physical inventories
- ensure accuracy of all locations inventory and resolve all discrepancies
- completes all inventory clean-up actions
- maintains system accuracy for all KERO owned inventory 
- identify any issues and recommend corrective action to improve inventory performance
- assist in department training and support KERO internal audit groups as requested

B.Creates sales orders and schedule agreements in SAP, monitor all transportation inbound and outbound
- coordinates truck logistics at both loading origins and receiving destinations to assure timely shipments
- negotiate rates with trucks for movement of our products daily
- provide various reporting to management as required

Candidate profile

 - finalized studies, university degree is a plus
- Experience in electronics manufacturing is a plus
- +2 years of inventory/logistic experience 
- Customer orientation and ability to collaborate with other functions and third party
- Time management skills and attention
- Strong communication skills.
- SAP experience it is a plus
- PC literate - MS Office (Excel level- advanced)
- English advanced
