    Cerinte

    - 1 - 3 ani experienta pe o pozitie de level 1 Suport aplicatii IT
    - Rezistenta la stres, cu multă răbdare și calm
    - Abilitatea/ experienta necesară de a scrie documentație
    - Tangențe cu ERP-uri (Oracle EBS, SAP) este un plus

    Responsabilitati

    o Analizeaza solicitarea si ofera raspuns in cazul in care intrebarea tine de o functionalitate a unei aplicatii
    o Receptioneaza solicitarile/alertele/apelurile telefonice
    o Dispecerizeaza solicitarile catre Nivelul 1 de rezolvare
    o Analizeaza solicitarile utilizatorilor primite de la dispecer
    o Configureaza, repara sau efectueaza operatiuni de mentenanta corectiva
    o Identifica echipamentele si/sau componentele software defecte
    o Anunta rezolvarea solicitarii catre utilizator in cazul gasirii unei solutii sau escaladeaza solicitarea catre Nivelul 2
    o Documenteaza solutiile gasite in vederea refolosirii cunostintelor (in Knowledge Base)
    o Analizeaza cererile primite de la utilizatori
    o Creaza, modifica sau dealoca utilizatori, rolurile si profile in aplicatiile pe care le controleaza
    o Instaleaza si configureaza aplicatiile pentru utilizatorii noi
    o Informeaza solicitantii cu privire la rezolvarea cererilor
    o Participarea la punerea in productie a proiectelor informatice noi implementate
