    Responsibilities:



    * Responsible for managing the end to end recruitment cycle for different target groups
    * Interface, cooperate and consult hiring managers to accomplish all the recruitment assignments
    * Pre­screen candidates to produce shortlists
    * Provide objective feedback to candidates and suppliers post interview
    * Maintain and update on a regular basis the candidate databases
    * Offer support and represent the company in recruiting and employer branding events
    * Create specific recruitment KPIs reports on a regular basis
    * Keep up to date with industry and labor market relevant news and trends
    * Keep up to date with labor legislation and make sure the required changes are respected
    * Provide support in various HR projects, local or central


    Requirements:



    * Bachelor degree in Business, Psychology, Social science or related area
    * Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar previous role
    * Previous work experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
    * Excellent communication skills

    * Good understanding of general business and local labor market
    * Thorough understanding of recruitment processes and systems
