    HR Payroll Clerk
    West Romania, Giarmata

    YOUR TASKS
    • Issue and administrate  implementation of hiring staff, staff measures, relocation, staff leaving,

    changes in pay, new group allocation on the basis of defined criteria taking tariffs, company and legal

    regulations into account

    • Issue of  of the respective briefs for individual staff measures according to specifications made by superiors and carrying these out, as well as following up the necessary correspondence with the Works Council
    • Sending evaluation sheets to executives in good time for the respective employees, and requesting and following up their timely return
    • Keeping staff master data up-to-date in the SAP system as well as creating, updating and managing staff Files
    • Recording, updating and managing staff data relevant for payment in the SAP system, updating staff files accordingly

    YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
    • University Degree
    • Communicative and  Organized
    • German speaking and writing B2
