Purchasing Processes and Tools Specialist

As part of Hella Corporate Center, Center Purchasing Management, Satellites Concept for Eastern Europe your responsibilities are:

• Local administration and support for standard purchasing processes and systems;
• Building of knowledge and expertise in processes and systems for local purchasing staff;
• Training of new local purchasing staff;
• Accompanying implementation of new or adjusted purchasing processes and systems;
• Gathering of local specifics and arrangement of system/process adjustments;
• Monitoring of purchasing processes and systems;
• Failure reporting and correction;
• Regular exchange of information with Hella Corporate Center, Central Purchasing Management about purchasing system and processes.

In order to be successful in this position would be recommended to have:

• University degree;
• 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing environment (Purchasing, Logistic);
• Represent an advantage: Purchasing processes knowledge, SAP ( Materials Management module) knowledge and training experience in any field;
• Foreign languages: fluent English is a must, German working competence is a plus.
