Project Manager for Development of Components

• You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara.
• Your duties are both demanding and varied.
• As Project Manager you will be involved in automotive projects from quotation and development up to 6 months after start-up of production.
• You will lead project teams as software, hardware, mechanical, testing, quality, purchasing, sales and production.
• You will interact with customers and you will be responsible to achieve the project goals in terms of cost, time and quality.
   

• In order to be successful in this position you have completed a course of studies in a technical area.
• You have basic understanding of Mechanics or a background in Software or Hardware.
• You are experienced in project management methodology, such as planning, budgeting, tracking and reporting.
• You have great leadership skills, since you will lead a core team with multiple disciplines.
• Also, you have basic understanding of the automotive product development process and manufacturing processes.
• You are Customer and Quality oriented.
• Your command of English is excellent and German language knowledge is an advantage.
• Your approachable personality, with a problem solver and proactive attitude, good intercultural and communicational competences and good conflict management skills makes you the perfect candidate.
