    Requirements

    ● Pro-active and independent worker

    Nice to have:

    ● CRM experience (Zoho CRM preferably)
    ● Fluency in both spoken & written other foreign languages (besides Romanian)
    ● IT affinity

    Responsibilities

    ● CRM Management:
    ○ Keep CRM 100% accurate and up to date
    ○ Add new (trial) potentials
    ○ Regularly review existing potentials/clients/accounts and update where required
    ○ Process incoming order and cancellation requests
    ● Reports Management (CRM & WHMCS):
    ○ Sales & Marketing-reporting (trial/conversion rates over time, marketing success rates per category, churn-rate reporting, etc)
    ○ Track business developers’ activity and performance
    ○ Track high-level company indicators over time
    ● Lead Buildup:
    ○ Market analysis
    ○ Outline new markets (geographical / product-depending)
    ● Event Preparation:
    ○ Assist the Marketing team in event-preparation from a attendee-contact-list perspective.
