Production Planner

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and improving inventory policies to allow forecasts to be accurately translated into manufacturing production schedules;
• Tracking inventory levels to ensure they stay within planned levels;
• Working closely with purchasing/suppliers and the production units;
• Elaborating the production plan in line with existing materials and equipment;
• Adjusting the production plan in case of lack of material, capacity (equipment), lack of people or other problems that may arise;
• Tracking actual production results versus what was planned and communicating to the team and the customer;
• Performing all tasks directly involved in preparation for production, taking account of the order situation, production capacities, stock levels, production backlogs, delivery backlogs, procurement situations and personnel resources, in order to create the conditions for an optimum production sequence;
• Recording or monitoring completion reports, in order to map the current production status in the system;
• Planning, organizing and controlling a production schedule for all products.

Qualifications:

• University Degree;
• Minimum 2 years experience in production planning;
• High level in Microsoft Office (Excel);
• English - advanced level;
• Analytical thinking and attention to details;
• Ability to obtain results in a dynamic environment.
