Purpose of the position:
Comprehensive planning and management of IAM development projects, including intercompany, special and complaints projects, in compliance with legal requirements, national and international standards as well as budgets and deadlines.
Project management for all the mentioned projects, within the organisation „Elements development“;
Coordination of internal and external resources within the projects;
Coordination of project completion and check of the completeness of development documentation and developmental know-how (e.g. lessons learned);
Creation of functional specifications for the product;
Assisting in the quotation calculation (RFQ) for projects;
Contribute on the creation of development quotations for the projects;
Responsible for the ongoing project documentation and communication (status reports, reviews, escalations, etc.);
Organization and optimization of cooperation in the project teams: elements design, elements media development, controlling, elements production planning.
The project manager is responsible for the progress of the project by:
Takeover of the project management tasks after approval of the project in the responsible bodies;
Budgets, schedules and project planing of the projects;
Budget, deadline and project tracking of the projects;
Compliance with legal requirements;
Compliance with national and international standards and regulations;
Continuous improvement of workflows, interfaces, communication in the product creation process with regard to project management and project work.
