Advanced English and great Romanian language skills, both written and spoken, of course.

Help organizing internal events such as communication meetings, department meetings, annual recognition event, product launches and activations in partnership with PR team.
Supporting the Employee Reward and Recognition Strategy at local and regional level.
Contributing to a healthy information flow inside the organization by writing organizational announcements, supporting managers in their team update meetings if needed or organizing regional webcasts.
Supporting the Culture Survey implementation and action plan roll-out.
Offering support in recruitment process with CV screening or contacting candidates.
Managing all non-financial benefits, communicating with partners on an on-going basis.
Updating the intranet page on a daily basis.
Bringing new, innovative, out of the box ideas, trends and initiatives.

This role is full-time, for a determined period of 6 months and with a slightly flexible work schedule.
