Our Client, a well-established agency that confirms the efficiency of customer-focused marketing is looking for a talented Account Executive / Manager to join their young and dedicated team of professionals. Requirements:
• Strong proven interest for marketing - communication - advertising; background studies / internship / professional experience in related field
• Great planning / organizing abilities are needed in order to ensure an efficient implementation of marketing campaigns
• Client oriented attitude
• Responsibility and adaptability
• Good communication and collaboration skills; team player
• Ability to deliver on time, respecting the dead-lines agreed with the Client
• Problem solver; positive, can see opportunities when challenges appear
• English language is a must
• The perfect candidate is eager to continuos learn & develop!

• Works together with the Seniors along the entire circle of marketing projects: from understanding the Customer’s needs to defining customized marketing initiatives and ensuring their effective implementation
• Participates to realization of the required project budget and project plans
• Carry out the campaigns together with the colleagues from Field department
• Monitors budgets and resources (internal and external)
• Negotiates contracts with Suppliers, respecting internal procedures and guidelines
• Participates in writing creative briefs; engages in creative work together with the colleagues from Creative department
• In charge with post-implementation analysis; prepares presentations and implementation reports to the Clients
• Maintain good relations and collaboration both with his / her commercial partners as well as with the colleagues
• Keep a competitive eye on what is happening in the specific market.
