Data Quality Team Leader

Your Mission

The Data Quality Supervisor is in charge of managing a team of 5 members (excluding himself/herself) and acting as a SPOC as part of the quality governance/ committee for RESG/TPS/GDO as part of the newly created team at SG EBS. The team will access third party referential tools and systems aiming at improving the quality of the data at SG Group level.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Define operational performance targets for the team, in line with the team size and ensure regular execution of defined operational process;
• Review incoming work to ensure clarity, plan and manage the team’s activities, by assigning tasks/tickets appropriately amongst team members based on skills and workload;
• Is accountable for ensuring the closing of all tickets or escalating them to the appropriate actors, in line with defined policies and SLAs;
•  Ensure that all requests are completed by the team before cutoff and there is no SLA miss;
• Identify and guide the implementation of corrective actions in case SLAs are not met;
• Ability to handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process & assist the team with research & investigation as required;
• Identifies and supports the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives for his/her team or processes, procedures, tools;
• Responsible for quality management and performance monitoring in service delivery (KPI, dashboards).

A little about You:

• You have minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in team management;
• You have previous experience and knowledge in Audit/ Risk/Quality;
• You are fluent in French and English.
