Your Mission

As a Business Analyst,  you will act as a single point of contact for tehnical issues that can occur in the orders coming from the client.

Your Role in a Nutshell:

• Single point of contact for tehnical issues that can occur in the orders coming from the client;
• Treating the orders and managing the escalations in the landline phone services;
• Optimisation, analyses and improvement of landline phone services ( MDSL);
• Operational back-up for the supervisor if needed;
• Recording the procurement requests made by the users;
• Analyzing the suppliers offers according to existing contracts, agreed prices etc;
• Managing the orders – delivery time management;
• Controlling all the data related to orders, invoices, payment accuracy;
• Carrying out call meetings with the suppliers & the procurement team from Paris.

A little about You:

• You have good technical knowledge in voice&data telecom lines;
• You have knowledge in concepts such as: WAN, LAN, ADSL, MPLS, ISDN, BTIP, Man Ethernet;
• You are fluent in French and English.
