    Requirements

    Tasks and Activities
    - Responsible for the oversight of the Supplier’s activities at the Customer’s sites;
    - Establish and maintain an effective and trustworthily relationship with the Customer;
    - Liaise with the Supplier’s project and technical management and co-ordinate site activities;
    - Plan and co-ordinate Supplier’s activities on site (installation, testing, training, etc.);
    - Pro-actively identify and timely address any issues between the Supplier and the Customer;
    - Constantly monitor the Customer’s level of satisfaction and initiate actions as required;
    - Establish a good working relationship at all levels with both Customer and Supplier’s staff;
    - Undertake or supervise technical activities on site as required (e.g):
    o Monitor system performance and availability;
    o Perform system/sub-system configuration;
    o Troubleshoot performance issues, troubleshoot OS configuration and hardware failures and apply fixes;
    o Analyze incidents, alerts and logs;
    o Raise Incidents and Problems for resolution by the Supplier’s technical staff and monitor their implementation;
    o Provide assistance and expertise to customers in English language;
    o Participate in testing and training activities.

    The job will require regular presence at the Customer’s main site (Bucharest) and regular business trips within Romania and to Spain.

    Responsibilities

    Skills, Knowledge & Experience
    - Knowledge and understanding of network applications, web servers, email servers, firewalls, databases, file shares and print servers;
    - Knowledge of the Linux OS, Networking;
    - Familiarity with network infrastructure;
    - Liaise with vendors and professional services;
    - Understanding of patch management software;
    - Familiarity with Backup software and strategies;
    - Ability to learn and apply new technology and methodologies in a distributed environment.

    Nice to have:
    - Fluency in spoken and written Spanish.
