Payment Data Analysis Assistant

• BA/BS degree preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience is required
• Fluency in oral and written English and also in either Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish or Croatian or Slovenian or Slovakian is absolutely required
• Expert knowledge of Excel is absolutely required (to be able to assist in analyzing and managing large sets of data via excel [could range from 300 to 3,000 lines of data with many columns])
• Knowledge an dunderstaning of FCPA rules wil be an asset
• Finance, accounting, or procurement experience will be an asset
• Query / look up knowledge within SAP/Ariba will be an asset

• Look up payments in Ariba / SAP or other financial systems and determine what the payment is for, and who is receiving the benefit of the payment
• Read contracts and other supporting documentation to determine what the payment is for, and who is receiving the benefit of the payment
• Look up HCP and HCO id’s on Cegedim database and other financial systems
• Be able to read/understand/explain the supporting documentation in Ariba / SAP /other financial systems in the either Dutch or Swedish or Norwegian or Finnish or Croatian or Slovenian or Slovakian and explain it in English to the data steward resource
• Be able to update excel spreadsheets based on Sr Associate feedback
