• Fluency in French or Spanish
• Fluency in English
• Proficient in relevant computer applications (Internet Explorer, Microsoft Outlook, Office)
• Relevant written communication skills
• Problem solving and analysis skills

• No specific technical skills, but preferred if someone has experience on SAP, with basic knowledge on Credit Management, Treasury, Accounts Payable areas
• Ability to share skills and activities
• Ability to talk with client users
• Ability to escalate
• Ability to learn main business processes
• Flexible approach
• Use of SAP environment or other tools (via internet, trouble ticketing)
