    Requirements

    Relevant 2-3 years experience in sales and / or account management: B2B sector, international organization, preferably in outsourcing / services environment
    Strong drive for results, accountability and independence
    Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally
    University degree in Business Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain or similar is an advantage
    Knowledge of the local market players within manufacturing and retail sectors
    Knowledge of current local supply chain solutions and providers would be taken as an asset
    Fluency in Romanian and English a must
    Ability to use MS Office effectively
    Willingness to travel 60% of time across the country.

    Responsibilities

    Identify and contact prospects, set relationship and negotiate with customers, prepare and present price offers, negotiate and close sales
    Manage activities to meet budget targets
    Appoint and execute sales visits with small, medium and big clients
    Manage and open new quality prospects for sales pipeline
    Introduce and advocate CHEP technology and services
    Fully evaluate the needs of the customers and use this information to build service offers
    Cooperate with other departments to finalize service offers which meet customer requirements
    Maintain high standards of planning and tracking
    Provide input to annual new business budget by anticipating revenue based on customer activity and sales pipeline
