    The KPI Institute is a research institute specialized in business performance. It operates research programs in 12 practice domains ranging from strategy and KPIs to employee performance, and from customer service to innovation performance. Insights are disseminated through a variety of publications, subscriptions services and through a knowledge platform available to registered members. Support in deploying these insights in practice is offered through training and advisory services.

    The KPI Institute has developed the first KPI Management Framework and it operates , the result of a research program dedicated to documenting and cataloging how KPIs are used in practice. It is an online portal containing the largest collection of well documented KPI examples, supported by a community of tens of thousands of members.

    INTEGERPERFORM is the European arm of The KPI Institute, and it provides support at global level in research, training and advisory matters.

    Requirements

    - Fluent English speaker;
    - Master’s degree preferably in International Development, Social studies, programme/project management or any relevant area of study to support knowledge in programme/project management;
    - Previous experience managing and/or implementing EU-funded programmes & HR regulations;
    - Strong writing skills and ability to write quality reports, updates and success stories;
    - Proven project management skills, including budget, activity and data management;
    - Experience of liaising with partners and other agencies, contractors, suppliers and government officials;
    - Good numeracy and attention to detail with an ability to work within tight deadlines;
    - Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to work effectively with dynamic and diverse staff and management across all levels, both internally and externally;
    - Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements;
    - Commitment to beneficiary accountability and humanitarian ethics.

    Responsibilities

    The KPI Institute is now looking to appoint an Institutional Relations Manager to join its team and work with on proposal development, submission and the management of successful projects.
    The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge and understanding of EU-Funded projects regulations, excellent and proven programme management skills including planning, execution, monitoring, reporting, financial management and capacity building.


    Analysis of collaboration opportunities with international institutions/ organizations

    - Identify opportunities within trade shows and events for future potential events, partnerships, sponsorships;
    - Develop and manage relationship with key elected officials and state government agencies;
    - Establish strong relationships with key strategic partner Executives and their teams: United Nations, World Bank, NGOs.;
    - Serve as liaison/account manager between the partner and The KPI Institute’s internal teams to provide outstanding level of service;

    Research & Develop EU-Funded Projects

    - Identification of most relevant funding sources — it requires a review of all funding sources which are suitable for the company’s needs and provide for the development of the project idea;
    - Design and preparation of complete documentation on accessing funds (request for funding, technical-economic study, business plan, supporting statement, statements and other documents part of a financing project);
    - Application writing, either in full or related to some specific work packages like project management, exploitation and dissemination or monitoring and evaluation;
    - Develop procurement budgets in compliance with the company’s needs and with specific funding that was meant to be accessed;
    - Develop financial forecasts (profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, income and costs projection - in relation with the type of service/product proposed in the project and modulating profitability indicators);
    - Projects implementations: planning acquisitions according to accepted budgets, preparing files for reimbursement, coordinating projects activities and resources.
