    Requirements

    • University studies
    • Minimum 1,5 years of relevant work experience
    • Good knowledge of financial-related processes
    • Excellent Excel and PowerPoint knowledge
    • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English

    Responsibilities

    • Data management HRMS administration, perform statistics analysis on overtime, vacation days, flex accounts for the group “in scope”;
    • Cost center management of equipment. Analyze the cost of equipment assigned to all employees within the Unit that are registered on the Line Manager CC, in order to keep it at a healthy level (e.g. Check if all registered subscriptions are valid, mobile phones, laptops, keyboards, licenses for software etc.);
    • Execute all orders in Ericson Buyer on behalf of the LM and staff. Maintain a clear overview of how different categories of goods should be treated. Following up of placed orders;
    • Time reporting – send reminders to staff to fill in the time reports, correct faulty registrations, Analyze, propose and act on utilization reports;
    • Travel management - E-mail from the Employee with the approval of that specific travel from the NOR (e.g. CPM), network number confirmation from NOR to be used;
    • Training management – Book and arrange courses/training for employees, keep contact with vendors involved in Learning and keep track of the final list of participants.
