    Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

    Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
    We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
    - AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
    - OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
    - IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
    - FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
    - PHARMA (all levels)

    Requirements

    - minimum 3 months of experience in recruitment & selection of personnel (will be an advantage)
    - college degree required (preferable degree in psychology/sociology/economy)
    - advanced knowledge of English
    - proficiency using Microsoft office applications (e.g. Excel, word)
    - strong written and oral communication skills
    - detail-oriented, organized, flexible, able to set priorities and juggle multiple demands

    Responsibilities

    - identify and select potential candidates depending on candidate profile and job vacancy expectations, using different tools: recruitment sites, networking, recommendations, social and professional networks, executive search and head hunting
    - schedule candidate interviews
    - participate in face to face interviews and conducting phone screenings/ interviews
    - realizing CV's in a standard format and creating the candidate's profile
    - offering feedback to candidates included in the selection processes
