Junior Interline Officer

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

- Recent graduate in relevant areas, such as business administration, airline or airport studies or international management or an extraordinary and gifted person with the right skill set
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent understanding of market research techniques and statistics
- Strong familiarity with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Attention to detail

- Evaluate and analyse markets and traffic flows with the purpose of assisting the alliance and network development team in setting up interline agreements with new and prospective partner airlines
- Evaluate and analyse markets and traffic flows utilizing current partner carriers, which can positively contribute to the network and achieve revenue budget
- Identify and manage Special Prorate Agreements (SPA) with other airlines to spread Blue Air’s fare presence in international markets
- Generate partner connectivity reports through OAG Connections Analyser and investigate relevant data to make informed decisions by delivering key commercial objectives
- Follow-up and establish strong relationships with partner airlines, acting as a principal point of contact, via regular correspondence and conference calls to ensure favorable prorates that will assist in contributing to Blue Air’s load factors with increased passenger volumes
- Identify, follow-up and set up ZED agreements with other potential partners
- Perform and monitor ZED fares through myIDTravel software
