Job overview:
We are looking for a Agile Tester to join our Q-Park development team in Cegeka.
Q-Park is one of Europe’s leading parking providers, with more than 835,000 parking spaces in over 6,100 secure, clean, and well-managed facilities across ten countries.
C2C is the main product developed by Q-Park team in Romania. C2C is a web application used by Q-Park employees to sell tickets to customers from Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Sweden, Norway, etc.
Some of the major features offered by C2C are:
- Sales
- Overruns
- Online API
- PMS communication
- Billing/Invoicing
On a technical level our product uses a wide range of technologies including: Angular JS, Bootstrap, C#, WebApi, Entity Framework / CSS, JavaScript/ NServiceBus/ SQL Server.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of testing experience
• Experience writing test cases based on development notes and design notes
• Ability to use test tools
• Capacity to understand the functionality and architecture of the program under test
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Desire to work on an agile software development team

• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server is a plus.
• Knowledge of various ways of client <–> server communication is a plus.
• Knowledge of mobile applications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the quality of the whole testing spectrum for important software components
• Maintain and improve the overview of tested functionality per released product
• Evaluate the current testing effort
• Determine the resources (hardware & software) needed for testing the product
• Be in continuous contact with the development team
• Actively work with the whole team in getting functionality released with the right amount of Quality Assurance
• Work with the team during all development phases
• Provide adequate feedback to allow fast and accurate development of both planned and unplanned work
• Log feedback into the tracking system (currently TFS)
