Persoana comunicativa, dinamica, abilitati organizatorice si manageriale;
Experienta in lucrul cu echipele;
Cunoasterea limbii engleze la un nivel avansat;
Cunoasterea pachetului Microsoft Office;
Permis de conducere categoria B si disponibilitate de a calatori 20% din timp;
Experiența pe pozitie similara cel putin un an.

Montorizarea si imbunatatirea performantelor agentilor de promovare utilizand instrumente specifice de calibrare si supraveghere a sistemelor de raportare;
Realizarea vizitelor in piata cu agentii;
Implementarea unui system de training, coaching si dezvoltare personala in cadrul echipei;
Asigurarea necesarului de mostre si materiale de promovare pentru echipa;
Coordonarea activitatilor de promovare pe parcursul congreselor si expozitiilor.
