    Cerinte

    Education/ Qualifications:
    Mandatory:

    - University degree;
    - Experience managing an Learning Management Systems;
    - Experience with technology – mobile/social/online tools;
    - Project Management skills and experience;
    - Ability to understand how backend IT systems work in order to consult with IT and HRIS team on integration opportunities with other internal systems IT&C skills;
    - Communication, negotiation & presentation skills;
    Business acumen;
    - Proactive attitude;
    - Dealing with ambiguity.

    Preffered:
    - Degree in Marketing, L&D, Organizational Development, Information Technology related field;
    - Experience working on website strategy developmentand implementations;
    L&D exposure at different levels.

    Responsabilitati

    The Digital Learning Specialist is the primary interface and strategic partner to HR and the business to create, ensure alignment of, and implement the digital learning strategy. This role is responsible for the digital learning strategy from conception to implementation and sustainability. Will liaise with the L&D team and functional teams across Vodafone to develop and execute the digital learning strategies that influence engagement and a continuous learning environment.


    To support Vodafone Romania becoming one of the most desired employers on the market recognized for the development opportunities and digital learning experience.

    1. Design and implementation of digital learning strategy:

    - Design Vodafone’s digital learning strategy in alignment with local and global digital learning objectives;
    - Be a change agent to communicate and market new ways to learnin the future;
    - Demonstrate an ability to influence without authority to secure buy-in and alignment for digital learning activities; build strong strategic relationships with main stakeholders to promote the digital learning strategy;
    - Work with the resources allocated in each of the project to deliver it and be responsible for the success of the implementation;
    - Drive multiple project schedules simultaneously and ensure deliverables are met on time;
    - Manage multiple learning campaigns at once while dealing with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities.


    2. Analytics & Impact:

    - Develop set of regular metrics to support analysis and measurement of all learning programs and content effectiveness (online, in class);
    - Measure the impact of the development solutions as per agreed KPI’s;
    - Measure/analyze performance of all web and digital content activity, including traffic, content views/downloads; take action based on analysis and communicate results and action plans to the HR team.

    3. Systems Maintenance:

    - Maintain the Learning Management Systems that will allow for easy navigation,findability, accessibility, and will enable effective and efficient content curation;
    - Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the technology that supports learning and development processes, including the learning management system and content management system as well as the governance processesto maintain these systems;
    - Quickly learn and demonstrate technical capabilities of backend digital learning systems and translate into what’s important to the digital learning strategy.

    4. Engagement:

    - Partner with Group L&D and Vodafone Romania Internal Communications team to create clear, employee-oriented messaging and engagement campaigns regarding Vodafone’s learning and development approach;
    - Work with Learning Consultants, HRBP’s and businesses to develop, promote, and manage digital learning content that drives employee engagement and performance;
    - Create and coordinate the Learning and development newsletter and/or top tips emails/infographics, ensuring relevant people are informed of new tools and training sessions;
    - Partner with Internal Communications to execute promotional programs designed to promote awareness and increase use of digital learning assets; create sustaining campaigns for learning programs to achieve goals.

    5. Manage learning content:

    - Understand the business development needs and works together with the L&D Coordinator and the Regional Trainers team and Group L&D to build comprehensive digital learning strategy aligned with the business priorities;
    - Upload and maintain courses and content on Vodafone’s learning system, ensuring application of best practices across digital content library of eLearning, modules, videos, virtual, infographics;
    - Work with key stakeholders to ensure materials are updatedregularly and relevant new materials are added;
    - Assist Regional Trainers in designing functional specific content customized per regional needs.
