    Requirements

    Job requirements:

    - Knowledge of customer account specifics & customers business.
    - Understanding of complex order management process, programs and policies.
    - HPE Portfolio and Configuration knowledge specifically for proactive services (DataCenterCare, Proactive Select, Proactive Care, …).
    - Delivery capabilities.
    - E2E process knowledge and interaction with all involved parties.
    - Commercial awareness, approval processes.
    - Order acceptance criteria.
    - Government and Business policy compliancy
    - Requires excellent organizational and time management skills, influencing, negotiation, customer experience, communications, attention to detail, business acumen.
    - Recognizes impact of order management process on sales order management compensation.
    - Strong English language skills and Ms office knowledge (excel).
    - Proactive shows initiative and leadership.

    Responsibilities

    This is a country-based role, in the front office, focusing on the annuity contract renewal/conversion business. These accounts are “high-end” accounts within the customized segment - generally major corporate in Retain and Develop, with the objective to farm the account.

    The Renewal Sales Specialist key role is the following one:

    - to work directly with the Customer and take ownership for the renewal of the contract, any expiring Support Services/Conversions, up/cross-selling as well as negotiation on price/discount; - involve Sales mainly for major changes or if the customer show interest/is suitable to offer for new solutions.
    - would work together with the Account Operations Lead in GO to perform all tasks.
    - must ensure customer satisfaction while having a direct impact on maintaining order value for the account.
    - deliver industry-leading service levels while ensuring accurate, timely and compliant sales order and revenue for existing large, complex contracts.
    - work directly with Customers to understand & deliver against their requests. They work independently to renew their assigned accounts with an agreed communication path to Sales which they can use for support or if they identify any complex up-sell or growth opportunities in their accounts.
    - proactively utilize a range of tools to provide data & information to Customers, Sales, Business & Delivery. They establish how best to use Global Operations office services for processing work to enable themselves to focus on the Customer.
