    Requirements

    - Process improvement => demandes de développement et améliorations vers les équipes de développement
    - PEOPLESOFT modules EX, AP, PO, AM, GL et HCM (RH)
    - Connaissances technico – fonctionnelles finances
    - Créer des requêtes/extractions SQL
    - Relation avec les metiers, interfacage avec d’autres IT
    - Suivi monitoring avec les équipes de Bangalore
    - Attention aux periodes de clôture comptable => extra-hours
    - Français et Anglais courants

    Responsibilities

    - PeopleSoft Finance: plateforme de traitement des dépenses du groupe constituée des modules Peoplesoft Financials AP, AM, GL, EX, et Purchasing (eProc / PO)

    - Legal Fees: application de saisie et validation des frais d’avocat, interconnectée avec PeopleSoft Finance

    - PeopleSoft RH : pour le processus de gestion annuelle de la rémunération, et centralisation des données RH

    - Applications règlementaires : reporting aux services financiers américains et européens des comptes détenus à l’étranger et reporting des virements importants pour lutter contre la fraude fiscale et le blanchiment.

    Les nouveaux collègues doivent apporter une expertise technique et fonctionnelle solide et principalement sur l'application PeopleSoft Finance sur les modules AP, EX, PO, AM, GL et contribuer à/au:
    - La prise en charge et la qualification des demandes utilisateurs et leur suivi dans l'outil standard de ticketing, le traitement et la résolution de ces tickets.
    - Support de la plate-forme, tant dans la résolution des problèmes remontés par les utilisateurs que dans l'amélioration des processus et fonctionnalités, en relation avec la maitrise d'œuvre à Paris et Bangalore
    - L'analyse et au reporting des nouveaux besoins utilisateurs vers l'entité en charge des spécifications et des développements
    - Coordination et réalisation de projets techniques et fonctionnels avec de courtes échéances
