Management Trainee

Pfizer are sediul central în New York, iar principalele centre de cercetare şi dezvoltare sunt în Statele Unite şi în Anglia. Cele mai recente medicamente lansate pe piaţă includ Sutent, un medicament destinat tratamentului cancerului care impiedică vascularizarea tumorii şi reproducerea celulară a acesteia, şi Champix, un tratament care îi poate ajuta pe pacienţi să se lase de fumat.

Bachelor degree or above is required (Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing Economics, Management preferred),
Extra-curricular activities are considered a plus,
Strength in analytical and strategic thinking,
Good interpersonal & communication skills,
Fluency in spoken and written English,
Desire to achieve and drive to excel,
Self-motivated with a persistent work ethic.

The trainee will support in the areas of digital marketing and sales and marketing services;
In the area of digital marketing, the Trainee will:
o Work closely with the Country Digital Marketing Manager to offer operational support in implementing in Romania global digital tools,
o Partner with brand managers to ensure specific product content is customized and included in this tools,
o Contribute to the Pfizer Romania Digital Strategy.

In the area of sales and marketing services, the Trainee will:
o Work with the team to support the project of mapping and optimization of processes in this area,
o Gain understanding of data management, incentive compensation, CRM management, sales force optimization and contribute to special projects to drive value for the business,
Supports and/or lead projects in digital or sales and marketing services area under close supervision of direct manager.
