- 1 year previous experience in transport & logistics;
- Excellent command of English both written and spoken;
- Good command of another international language is an advantage;
- Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
- Attention to details;
- Good communication skills;
- Able to prioritise workload and multi-task;
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
- Remains calm under pressure;
- Have a positive approach and work well within a team;
- Good negotiation skills;
- Outstanding eye for detail.

- General understanding of freight operations;
- Act as main point of customer contact;
- Manage liaison with suppliers;
- Provide shipment information to customers;
- Liaison with different departments within the company to facilitate shipments;
- Assist in tracking shipments and providing alternative information;
- Provide transportation information;
- Manage quality control;
- Create and maintain a good personal interaction with the supply chain partners.
