Java + WCM Developer

- IT experience in developing applications using client/server technologies
- Experience in using web technologies: J2EE, Web Services
- Experience with JSP, HTML, CSS
- Experience with modelling languages (UML) and good understanding of data structures and their implementation
- Knowledge of WCM
- Databases: Oracle/DB2
- Tools: RAD/Eclipse/Mercury Quality Center/JIRA
- Frameworks: Spring, iBatis/Hibernate, DoJo/Jquery, MVC, Ajax
- Application Servers: Websphere Portal Server, Websphere Application Server/Jboss/Liferay

- Analyzing and defining, together with the internal clients, the IT&C solution provided by the Software Architect
- Designing software modules and their interactions, modelling also the database structures in order to develop the application
- Coding the modules using the appropriate programming languages and technologies
- Preparing functional test cases for the new programs/modules (if necessary)
- Running the tests according to the plan and applying necessary corrections (if necessary)
- Preparing and updating documentation for the developed software
