Cerinte
• Experience of at least 6 months in a similar position, if in the online gambling industry it’s a plus
• Ability to blend good practices with technical capabilities, in order to achieve best results
• Experience in working with Campaign Management tools is required, Optimove and Dotmailer preferably
• Good technical skills in HTML and knowledge of working with HTML Editors required
• Advanced English spoken and written (mandatory)
• Self-starter and able to work independently
• Creative and able to think outside the box
• Data driven person who makes decisions based on analysis - has Analytical mind set
• Detail oriented person
• Supportive and cooperative team-member who can work in a fast paced working environment
• Executing the marketing communications to customers across various products at different lifecycle stages, creating and implementing campaigns to maximize customer value
• Setting up and running creative email & text message campaigns
• Customer insights: collect relevant customer data, gain important insights from CRM campaigns and use these to improve lifetime activity and lifetime value of customers
• Ongoing campaigns optimization
• Minimize churn rate and improve re-activation campaigns
• Maximise CRM performance across the following metrics: repeats month on month, reactivation and reacquisition from inactive customers and customer engagement KPI's such as click sessions
