    Key Requirements:
    • Good English command;
    • Sociable and communicative person;
    • Organized and committed.
    • University degree, certification in labor legislation - human resources inspector represent a plus;
    • Previous work experience in personnel administration and payroll services;
    • Good knowledge of tax legislation and work legislation;
    • Good knowledge of personnel administration and salary calculation.

    Responsabilitati

    A. Employment contract/ Personnel file:
    • Creates all the hiring documentation (individual labor contract, annexes to the contract, etc.) and ensures that all the personnel files are up to date;
    • Ensure proper record entries and exits in the General Register of Employees (REVISAL) according to legal terms;
    • Creates all the proper documentation upon employment termination according to the law;
    • Manages the medical appointments (Hire& Periodical) and the relation with the Health & Safety supplier;
    • Delivering various employee certificates upon request.

    B. Payroll process:
    • Prepares and ensures primary necessary data and documents for the monthly payroll process and performs salary calculations in order to pay advances, salaries, etc.;
    • Ensure that all employee-related changes are performed correctly and timely in the payroll software;
    • Prepares the fiscal declaration (D112) and submit to Romanian fiscal authorities;
    • Preparation of various internal reports requested by the management;
    • Preparing the monthly timesheets for employees;
    • Checks the accuracy of the timesheets and deliverables (benefits and deductions, medical leaves, holidays, others payroll elements) and ensure proper record of information in the payroll software;
    • Send reports to the Finance Department regarding the salary payments.

    C. Recruitment process:
    • Posting job descriptions on recruitment platforms for open positions and CV screening;
    • Contacting candidates, scheduling appointments, ensuring that candidates are fully briefed on the interview arrangements;
    • Maintaining the recruitment database updated with candidate information;
    • Conducting the preliminary interviews;
    • Preparing the offers/contracts for the selected candidates.
