QMS Coordinator & Claims Data Analyst, Location: Bucharest

Sales Consulting activates on the HR market since 1998, having a national coverage in several areas of expertise: recruiting and selection assessment center HR market mapping/due diligence projects, personnel leasing, payroll.

Sales Consulting has 2 fully operational branches: Cluj-Napoca (also the head-office) and Bucharest.
We are developing various projects (Recruitment, Training and Consultancy) in some of the most varied type of industries:
- AUTOMOTIVE/PRODUCTION/ENGINEERING (Specialists and Middle & Top Management positions)
- OUTSOURCING (BPO/SSC/CC)
- IT & C (C++, C#, .NET, Java, Linux etc)
- FMCG (sales & purchasing positions; all levels)
- PHARMA (all levels)

- Completed university studies (engineering)
- Previous experience in Quality Assurance is required; experience in implementing / practicing QMS is a plus
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel (VBA) and Access (SQL), is required; knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage
- Proficient level of English and French (Ex. TOEIC TFI minimum 750)
- Good communication skills
- Able to work in cross-functional teams, and to adapt and react to a fast-paced international environment
- Curiosity, assertiveness, creativity and open-mindedness are highly recommended

- Verifying alongside other functions the details of the QMS activities and following up on the actions plans resulted from the customer enquiries
- Coordinating the QMS process review and conducting internal audits, ISO audits
- Compiling various periodical reports and updating the QMS documentation
- Performing on-request specific data analysis regarding claims
- Supplying managers with information and data analysis regarding to European and International warehouses
- Participating in implementing the BIG DATA applications in the Quality area
- Suggesting various actions plans based on data claims analysis, and participating in cross-functional work groups in order to solve claims
