    Cerinte

    - Bachelor degree;
    - Experience in providing customer support via internet platforms/telephone/skype;
    - Experience in working with Microsoft Excel;
    - Attention to details and working with large sers of data;
    - English – advanced.

    Responsabilitati

    - Acts as support for eBusiness and marketing in lauching new products;
    - Provides basic web support to internal and external clients;
    - Collects and analyzes performance indicators as to support process improvements;
    - Assists with webshop registration and login support requests;
    -Works with large sets of data.
