Marketing Assistant

Our client is a leading organization representing the business services sector, gathering high profile companies which conduct business in the area of Shared Services Center (SSC), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Research and Development (R&D).

Your role will be to create studies, reports, articles with the goal to support the long-term development and dynamic growth of the business services sector and increase investment attractiveness of Romania as a leading localization for outsourcing projects.

Requirements:

- Analytical, focused and detail oriented;
- Good organizational and researching skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Collaborative, courteous and friendly;
- Advanced English skills;
- Microsoft office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- Previous experience in non-profit organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities:

- Collect information, agree structure and message with all members the articles to be published monthly with information on industry, one member and delivered to media organizations and Linkedin group/page;
- Collect studies, reports, articles on the business services industry in Romania and on regional/WW trends and distribute to members/post them on the common platform;
- Write articles on the evolution of the business services industry in Romania and publish them on all the suitable company channels;
- Collect information for the business services industry annual report through a questionnaire designed with support from Company Strategic Partners or other company organizations;
- Integrate all relevant data into the Company Annual Report study covering key aspects for the business services industry and coordinate the branding of the material;
- Support the delivery of the end to end activities for the Annual Company conference taking place each year in September / October and gathering approximately 500 senior managers from Europe.
