Mission

The Infrastructure specialist will have a support/consultant role for issues/needs raised by the developers and other colleagues.


Your day-to-day

Advise development engineers and other colleagues in solving issues concerning network connectivity, cloud operations, virtual machines operations
Investigate and solve issues related to work environment (laptops, printing services, conference and telepresence equipment etc.)
Work with technical teams from different countries to solve issues related to Infrastructure components
Participate in projects and other initiatives related to continuous improvement of the way developers team work
Ensuring the minimum security standard compliance by analyzing reports related to servers and software components

What you bring to the team


Technical University degree

Knowledge about administration, operation and maintenance of Microsoft Clients (Windows 7, 8), Microsoft Servers (2008, 2012), Active Directory, Group Policy Objects

Basic knowledge about SharePoint, IIS Web Services, Exchange Systems and SQL Databases

Network knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, VPN, FTP, V-LANs, Subnets, Routing, Switching, Firewalls

Knowledge about backup/recovery technologies for virtual or physical environments

Operation and maintenance of virtual environment based on VMware / Hyper-V technology

English level – at least intermediate, written and spoken



Nice to have


Technical certifications in any of the following areas: Microsoft, Linux, Cisco, VMware
