    Requirements

    Candidate Profile:



    In terms of know-how, professional skills and competencies, the position holder will have the following profile:



    Professional Experience: minimum 5 years sales experience within the chemical industry;

    Knowledge of sales techniques, negotiation techniques, presentation techniques;

    Knowledge of basic accounting operations and finance;

    General knowledge of the Romanian business environment, market knowledge of chemical industry;

    Communication skills at all levels, planning and organizational skills;

    Good knowledge of English - written and spoken;

    Computer skills - MS Office;

    Punctuality, perseverance;

    Driving license type B.

    Responsibilities

    The Senior Sales Representative will be reporting to the Sales Manager and will be responsible to increase company sales in accordance with the directions set by the company and achieve the quarterly sales target in addition to the following duties:

    Performs sales activities for the company portfolio;

    Permanently develops the database for potential new customers;

    Ensures the opening, management and closure of sale cycles;

    Knows the products promoted by the company (technical specifications, quantities, prices and other characteristics);

    Pays attention to the chemicals market, distributors, products, prices and promotional events;

    Stays in touch with the customers, in order to satisfy their needs, is actively involved in solving all problems arising from the commercial relation with the customers;

    Fulfills the visit and phone plan communicated by the sales manager of the department and acts in order to achieve the sales plan;

    Identifies the chain of decision makers of customers;

    Develops positive relationships such as to ensure knowledge of customer needs in order to promote an optimal solution for each client;

    Follows the contractual obligations towards the customers;

    Ensures the solving of the customer’s needs, while supporting the business interests;

    Prepares the sales reports;

    Prepares visit reports mentioning the evolution of the negotiations and sales reports and keeps track of them;

    Updates the database of potential customers and effectively includes all data and actions in the special sales application;

    Respects the pricing policy set by the company.
