Blockage Management Engineer

- Conceiving the blockage implementation documentation (blockage order, technical directive) in English and French and subsequently transmitting it to the Technical Hubs;
- Checking the parts’ references (if they exist) and their availabilities;
- Ensuring with the Parts & Accessories Logistics Department that necessary parts are monitored and made available throughout the blockage;
- Collaborating and following up with various departments in order to efficiently lift the blockages;
- Closing and archiving the blockages.

- Completed university studies (engineering);
- Previous experience in After Sales, Warranties or Engineering is highly recommended;
- Proficient use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Access, is required; knowledge of Business Objects is an advantage;
- Proficient level of English and French;
- Good communication skills;
- Able to work in cross-functional teams, and to adapt and react to a fast-paced international environment;
- Stringency, Curiosity, inquisitiveness, and open-mindedness are highly recommended.
