The Oracle Recruitment Team delivers a high quality internal recruitment service to all Lines of Business within Oracle, using a combination of sourcing initiatives and cutting edge recruitment technologies we ensure Oracle is staffed to achieve its business objectives in a cost effective and quality focused manner

- Fluency in English, another European language will be advantageous

- This role is responsible for ensuring all our employee referrals are effectively actioned and the referring employee receives an answer to his referral to encourage future collaboration
- Receives a list with all referrals going into the system on a weekly basis
- Sends an appropriate resolution to every referral and puts the candidate in contact with the relevant recruiter, whenever applicable
- Sends an email to all employees referring a candidate
- Fully understands EMEA recruitment processes, coverage by being an integrated part of the recruitment team
- Has an overview of all EMEA Oracle vacancies at all times
- Works in line with Oracle EMEAs processes and procedures
- Completes ad hoc projects as requested
