    Cerinte

    Experience
    - A minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar position is required, similar background employer will be a plus
    - Positive attitude against challenges and a strong willingness to learn and explore new solutions, new approaches
    - Creative and Innovative in organizing the office activities; Proactive when handling out-of-the box issues
    - Very good command of English. A second language will be a plus.

    Profile
    - A very ambitious person that is willing to sacrifice her/his comfort zone for a healthy learning zone where every new challenge becomes an experience point after the issue was handled
    - Proactive and open communicator, preferring a debate of ideas before rather than a silent frustration afterwards
    - Strong and confident person relying on memory as well as common sense, a procedural expert that can be relied upon

    Responsabilitati

    Administrative
    - Experience in managing all office related support tasks: correspondence, logistics, third party relations management: clients, suppliers, authorities, etc.
    - Experience in managing the agenda for designated colleagues
    - Experience or exposure to travel management activities: accommodation and flight reservations, meeting agenda
    - Reports, statistics, budgeting skills and costs follow-up
    - Assist the colleagues in their daily activities

    HR
    - Administrative tasks: managing labor contracts, managing the relation with Health & Safety Service providers
    - Recruitment, induction, appraisal, evaluation experience – for Moore Stephens employees
    - Remote team coordination: work with employees from others locations (Chisinau, Timisoara)
    - Experienced in internal communication: board postings, intranet, procedures and internal regulations expertize
