Your profile:
• Track record of at least 3 free-to-play mobile free-to-play games; variety of genres is a plus
• Experienced in Monetization design (balancing and creating strong game economies)
• Experience in mobile strategy games is a big plus
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and a strong team player

You will be part of an agile team and will help us to improve and enhance our game vision and direction by working closely with the other members of the creative team.


Responsibilities:
• Build and improve game systems from conception to release to ensure an optimum player experience in line with the creative direction;
• Design game systems and mechanics;
• Design new features and adapt ongoing ones in order to improve the user experience and user retention and engagement;
• Collaborate with the Core Team to determine a comprehensive plan for game balance, economy and monetization.
