Alcatuieste dosarele pentru aplicatiile de credit si verifica informatiile furnizate de clienti;

Identifica si rezolva problemele semnalate de clienti;

Ofera clientilor informatii despre situatia dosarului de credit, a platilor si a transferurilor.
