SAP FI - First Level Support

University degree in Computer Science or in Economics.
Very good knowledge of English language.
Strong SAP configuration and business area knowledge in FI module including but not limited to Banks, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Profit Center Accounting and Cost Center Accounting.
Previous experience in SAP configuration and business area knowledge in CO module would be a plus.
Good PC skills – MS Office package;
Production support and project experience.

Perform business analysis, documenting all business processes in all necessary details in order to be further modeled and implemented in the system by senior SAP consultants.
Provide continuous business support in all FI related processes and provide maintenance of different interfaces between SAP and external systems.
Participate in full life cycle system implementation of SAP solutions.
Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data and document test results for FI module.
Coordinate end-user training documentation and train end users as required.
Develop working procedures and end users manuals related to implemented SAP processes.
Resolve business issues by working with various groups within and outside of the company (system users, company management and external consultants).
Manage and prioritize business requirements in close collaboration with business users.
Validate requirements implementation (manage and support integration and acceptance testing).
Perform post-implementation and user support for FI related processes.

Ensures First Level Support for FI processes for specified companies within the group. Participates in the planning, development, maintenance and enhancement of SAP application and functional areas of SAP FI. Provides information for business users regarding the specific business processes within FI module and technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
