    Requirements:
    I. Experience:
    Experience in Operations/ Customer Service/Call Center is a plus
    II. Education:
    Graduate or under graduation of higher education finished
    III. Competences:
    Excellent English verbal and written communication skills - other European languages is an advantage
    Highly computer literate (Windows, MS Office, email and internet)
    Data accuracy, attention to details and perseverance
    Capable of understanding business process
    Adaptability
    Flexibility
    Good planning and organizing skills

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities:

    a) Acting as the main point of contact for operational related queries and requests, for one or more countries. The support offered to customers and partners can include: contract review, data entry, running reports, monitoring course registrations, follow-up, etc
    b) Effective management of OU Sales Team data entry requests by assuring the information accuracy, processing in a professional manner, in compliance with OU policy & Supports the reschedule /cancellation process
    c) Develops efficient relationships with the other team members and with other Oracle organizations she/he is cooperating with
    d) Efficiently working with OU Sales & Operations Department in order to escalate any delay/issue related to data entry activity
    e) Monitor & Manages the generic email accounts dedicated to OU Business Operations
    f) Maintains and creates documents about processes and procedures related to OU Business Operations related to Direct Customers or Partners
    g) Manages additional projects when this is requested by the management team
    h) Informs the direct manager about the difficulties faced and the tasks she/he is managing
    i) Manages additional back office activities if required by management
    j) Acts according to the Oracle University and Oracle processes and procedures
