Senior IT Software Consultant

Hunt Group – a mix of recruitment (executive search and head hunting) and outsourcing activities in industries such as IT, oil&gas, banking, finance and automotive.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• At least three years of work experience using Object Oriented Programming languages (Java, C#, PHP, Pyton etc)
• At least three years of work experience using Ajax, Javascript, JS, XML, XSLT, SOAP, REST
• Experience using Application Server Plaforms (Weblogic, JBoss etc)
• At least three years of work experience using SQL Query (MSSQL, Oracle )
• Good knowledge of BPMN 2.0 standard
• Hands-on use of BPMN process modeling tools such as Microsoft Visio, IBM Blueworks Live, Aris, Addonis etc is an advantage
• At least one year of experience in design and implementation of Business Process Management solutions is an advantage

• Participate in IT Advisory Software related engagements
• Work with clients to understand and translate their business needs into business/functional requirements
• Translate functional requirements into implemented solutions
• Participate actively in the solution design and implementation
• Offer support in User Acceptance Testing phase of software implementation projects
• Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication and updating senior team members on progress
• Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties
• Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel
• Build strong internal relationships within Ernst & Young Advisory Services and with other services across the organization
