Operations Specialist with Russian

For our client a well-known leader in personal systems and printing, we are looking for a Operation Specialist with Russian language.

Requirements:

- University degree - economics or financial;
- Fluency in English;
- Team player;
- Excellent communication skills;
- IT Knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), working with databases, etc.

Responsibilities:

- The Operation Specialist is the first and unique point of contact of the customer for all questions, information and requests regarding the orders in process and the claims;
- Operates in a business environment for European distribution channels, in a multicultural and multilingual enviroment which develops continuously;
- The responsibility to provide support and to provide quality care to both internally and to external customers:distributors and retailers;
- Receives orders and/or forwards them to the back office.
