    Cerinte

    In this role, you will support the further development of our Integrated Reporting & Information system for budget control, cost steering, IT service Management and I Security Management.
    The aim is to build up a platform that integrates all key IT functions and support the consolidation of financial data into one centralized tool.
    The system builds up the interface to our customers and should provide a powerful insight into financials, services and related security topics for all IT services of our customers. Therefore, various dashboards with interlinked data that shows all level of details will be developed.

    Responsabilitati

    Responsibilities
    - structuring data & interlinked data
    - Build up reports with various level of details
    - Design and implement dashboards for different stakeholders
    - Design various views of financials, services and security facts
    - Drive implementation of workflows e.g. approval process of Forecast budgets
    - Drive further development of budgeting and forecasting process
    - Drive bug fixing of wrong data structure & links
    - Drive further development of monthly closing workflow
    - Build up interface and coordinate the process of entering of service information within the AMOS Bucharest team into IRIS
    - Support setup of interfaces to SAP, AMOS ServiceNow, SIMA etc.

    Requirements & Skills
    - MBA or BBA in business economics or equal professional experience
    - Excellent knowledge of MS Excel / Word
    - Excellent knowledge of Financial Reporting and Controlling
    - Good knowledge of SAP
    - Good knowledge of designing Mgmt. Reports
    - High level of numeracy and experienced with Data analysis
    - 3-4 years of work experience
    - Willingness to travel
