Web Support Specialist with English language

Our client is a well-known multinational company which invents and manufactures technologies that address some of the world’s most critical challenges around energy, safety, security, productivity and global urbanization.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related science preferred);
- Fluent in English;
- 2-3 years professional experience, preferable in marketing, customer support or web content support;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, with heavy emphasis on Excel;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to details;
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

- Help develop and maintain new processes for the management of rich online product content;
- Assist with webshop registration and login support requests;
- Support marketing and eBusiness in launch of new products and line extensions;
- Provide basic web support to internal and external customers via email, phone, and/or Skype;
- Demonstrate the features and functions of our webshop and customer portal;
- Verify accuracy of online product content;
- Collect and analyze key performance indicators to support process improvements;
- Carry out miscellaneous tasks as assigned by eBusiness Manager.
